The detached ADU was quite clean, cozy, and comfortable and provided all that we needed. The hosts were immediately responsive whenever we had questions. Many restaurants and stores are in walking distance, including bagels, açaí bowls, and a great breakfast diner (Glo’s). Less than a mile away is St. Mark's cathedral, where we attended Compline, sung by an excellent men's choir. It is true that parking near the cottage is a challenge, but we did always manage to find a spot within a couple blocks. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay on Capitol Hill! The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, but still quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. The space itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Andrew and Zhilmil were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Seattle and will absolutely stay here again when I’m in town!
